I finally did it - After three weeks of being out of the gym after my wisdom teeth extraction, I finally made my way back into the gym with my Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. And it was actually very tough. I did not realize how quickly I could lose my muscle - even though I was eating healthy and losing weight because of it, my cardio suffered and my legs killed! I had a tough time completing the circuits, but I pushed through and couldn't be happier to be finally getting back into the gym routine. I have seen how much of an impact that diet has on the body, now I can't wait to see the combined results of diet and exercise! The only issue now becomes the weather and convincing myself to get to the gym in the cold, and eventually snow! Here are my Day 0 (before week 1) pictures. They're embarrassing to post online but it helps keep me accountable and I do enjoy tracking my progress. Seeing results keeps me motivated to keep going.
